Zach Rowe
Kinesiologist, Trainer and Health Coach
Hello, I'm Zach Rowe, Kinesiologist, Trainer and Health Coach in Long Beach, California. I have been a sports and exercise enthusiast my whole life. It started with sports and playing everything from baseball to swim. I got into the gym and training when I was 16 and didn't know anything about lifting weights but got hooked immediately. Didn't realize I could make it a part of my job until I was 19. I then decided to change my major to Kinesiology and transfer to CSULB and get my Personal Training Certification.

I have trained and coached all age ranges, all levels of fitness, with many different goals. I've trained everyone from 10 years old to 82. I've trained those who have big weight loss goals and those who want to put on muscle. I've trained many different athletes from cross-country, cycling, and soccer. I've trained many clients post rehab from injuries/conditions such as broken hip, fibromyalgia, knee surgery, heart surgery, plantar fasciitis, cystectomy, etc.

My ultimate goal as a trainer and coach is to help Long Beach residents to develop healthier lifestyle habits and be able to manage your with their nutrition and exercise.
